    Once we decide we're a great fit, I’ll send over a contract and instructions for your retainer. Once signed and paid, your date is locked in, and we can get started!

    Plan and Prep

    Depending on your service, I will provide tools, vendor connections, and expert guidance to bring your wedding dreams to life. We’ll check in regularly to make sure everything stays on track!

    Celebrate and Be Married

    You focus on being surrounded by your loved ones, marrying your person, and soaking in all the meaningful moments. Be confident in the work that was put in to make your day so special!

  • That is a great question! It depends.

    For Consulting with Exclusive Tools: The earlier you book, the more value you'll get from this service. Having access to expert guidance and planning tools from the very beginning will set you up for a smoother, more stress-free planning experience. This can look like booking even before engagement.

    For Day of Coordination: Wedding dates fill up quickly, especially on weekends, so availability is on a first-come, first-served basis. As soon as you have your date locked in, reach out to secure your spot!

    For Full Service Wedding Planning: Having a planner from the very start ensures a seamless, well-thought-out wedding journey from day one! To give each couple the attention, creativity, and care they deserve, I limit my calendar to just 5 full service weddings per year. That means when you book me, you're not just another date on the calendar — you're one of a very select few. This also means my calendar fills quickly, so reach out soon to save your spot!

  • Absolutely! This is your wedding, and you get to decide how involved you want to be. You can be as hands-on or hands-off as you’d like—and you can change your mind at any time.

    I’m here to support you in whatever way feels best. I can present options for you to choose from, make decisions on your behalf, guide you through the process, follow up on details, or simply be a resource when you need one. No matter what, I’ll make sure everything stays on track while honoring your vision every step of the way!

  • Payments can be made with cash, check, or venmo. A signed contract with a 50% retainer is required to secure your date. The remaining 50% is due by your wedding day!

  • Absolutely! I'm happy to travel to bring your wedding vision to life.

    Travel within 50 miles of my home base in Cedar Falls, IA (100 miles roundtrip) is included. For venues beyond that, travel is calculated at $0.67 per mile (roundtrip).

    If the location is far enough that I can’t stay with friends or family, a one-night accommodation may be requested—bonus: this can double as a storage spot for some of your wedding items!

    For cross-country or more extensive travel, we’ll chat through airfare, accommodations, and logistics together to make it seamless.

  • The price you see is the price you will pay! (Plus travel if that applies to you) I’ve done the best I can to include everything I provide in that cost, so that you know from the very beginning what you will spend. With all the additional costs that seem to add up in wedding planning, I do not want to be another thing you are unsure about having to pay for!
